I meet with the Founder, Owner, or CEO at the end of every month. Imagine sitting down with an expert who is committed to understanding your unique challenges. I listen intently to where you are falling short in the execution of your plan. Also it provides the time to discuss roadbloacks or unforssen obsticale that ddi not get uncover during or Strategic Planning Workshop. Quarterly Strategic Review- (held the last week of the quarter)
The last week of every quarter we hold a quarterly strategic review. This is where we look at what went wrong, and what went right, with our present quarter's strategic projects. We step through another SWaTOL4 and again launch 4 strategic projects. They may decide to continue or expand of a strategic project/initiative that has performed well. We may launch new ones that addrerss a recently discovered weakness or a new emerging trend.
Don’t be too concerned if your plan didn't go according to how you had hoped— Strategic Planning is an iterative process and every quarter layered on top of the learnings from the last quarter your company will grow.
Executive Hotline- (available 365 days per year)
To the Bat Phone or Bat Signal— Oops, my age is showing, yet consider it years of wisdom.

After the workshop, you will have a 2025 Strategic Business Plan. A week after the Strategic Planning Session concludes you will receive both a printed document summarizing the 3 days of work and both a printed 2025 Strategic Plan as well a PDF version. But it does not end there... that is when the Execution starts, all year long Marc works with your team guiding execution and refining the plan with your team and you each quarter.
There are two team meetings post-workshop, monthly calls with the CEO, Quarterly Strategic Review Sessions, and hotline phone support 365 days per year.
This is a year-long program and there is no option to cancel
Airfare, room, and board when traveling to the 3-day workshop are billed on separate expense invoice within 10 days of the workshop.
No, you are retaining me, and I do all sessions exclusively.
