Today — My wife MaryBeth and I live in a historical house built in 1860 in Avon, Connecticut. Together we run a small sheep farm, and Mary Beth is an award-winning fiber artist and spiritual counselor, creating remarkable works from the wool of our sheep and alpacas.

I launched my first company in 1978, Computer Discount of America. The business grew rapidly into a multi-million dollar enterprise. While I had a degree in finance, I had never run a multi-million dollar company. It was then that I began reading books about business, all aspects of business from finance, marketing, direct marketing, customer service, employee engagement, business planning and execution. I applied many of these learnings to Computer Discount and the many businesses that were to come.
Since 1979 I have launched and created business plans for dozens of companies including Diligent Board Member Services which sold to private equity in 2016 for $941 NZD million. And, since 1994, as a Strategic Business Planning and Execution Coach, I have assisted hundreds of companies create plans for launching or growing their existing businesses.
Today I am blessed to share my years of learnings and wisdom with entrepreneurs all over the world and help them recognize their dreams of business success!
